And there she is! He smiles brightly and waves. ]

[ She is pretty hard to miss, what with the canine ears and the restaurant uniform on, and she ushers him to a seat. ]

[ He chuckles. ]

D'you want something to drink? There's just one other customer, and he's getting ready to leave, so I can come over and sit down in just a minute.

[ A nod. ]

Sure. What kind of sodas d'you have?

Um - mostly just orange and grape. And strawberry? But that one doesn't really sell well since the crazy clown guy left.

[ Way to lose yourself in your own thoughts immediately after meeting him in person, Jade. ]

[ She'll disappear into the back for a moment and eventually emerging with soda and some slices of cake, sliding into the seat across from him. ]

[ He gives a grateful nod when she places the food on the table. ]

Soda and cake? Trying to give me cavities?

Yes! That is my sneaky plan. I will ruin the teeth of everyone in Asgard.

[ She grins at him, amused. ]

[ He matches her grin. ]

[ She chuckles, sitting across from him. ]

I think I pissed your friend off.

[ He shrugs. ]

Don't worry about it. He's always pissed about something.
